Authenticity Concerns & Resolution

If an item is confirmed to have been incorrectly represented, Gemz & Jewelz will provide a refund or another appropriate remedy at no cost to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

Our product authenticity commitment is separate from our standard return policy and is not restricted to the standard seven-day return window.

Normal wear, tarnishing, scratches, and natural material variations do not, by themselves, establish that a piece has been misrepresented.

Nothing in this commitment limits customers' rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns, Exchanges & Product Concerns

Previously Advertised Warranty Coverage

Some stainless steel jewelry may have been sold with an advertised one-year limited warranty.

Customers who purchased eligible jewelry while that warranty was offered retain the coverage promised at the time of purchase.

Discontinuing the one-year warranty for future purchases does not cancel or reduce warranty coverage already provided.
